When Scheduling Service

When you book a slot, my digital assistant will immediately text you a confirmation and follow up with a reminder the day before. On the day of the repair, I typically head your way within two hours of your scheduled time, but I’ll send you a personal text when I’m on my way with a specific ETA so you aren’t left guessing. Once I arrive, the diagnostic usually takes me 15–30 minutes to find the “wonkee” part and give you the facts. If your plans change, skip the phone tag and just shoot a text to (304) 807-9057 so we can get it sorted.

The Economics of Wonkeeland

I’m a fan of plain English and simple math. Here is how the billing works.

  • $89 Diagnostic Fee: I show up, consult with your grumpy appliance, and find the source of the trouble. You’ll get an exact quote before I ever pick up a wrench.
  • The “Standard” Fix ($90): Most repairs are straightforward and involve about an hour of labor. If it’s a common part or a standard tantrum, this is usually where we land.
  • The “Heavy Lifting”: Some machines are more dramatic than others. Complex surgeries—like compressor repairs—take more time (usually 3+ hours) and require a higher labor rate.

The Deal: I’ll give you the total cost upfront. If the machine is too far gone or the repair costs more than the unit is worth, I’ll tell you. I’m here to fix your problems, not waste your money.

Why it’s just Me and the Assistant

I’m a local one-man operation. I don’t have a fleet of vans or a giant office, which is why I can keep my focus on your repair.

  • My Digital Receptionist handles the calendar. When you call, she’ll text you a link to book your spot.
  • I handle the tools. I’ll show up, diagnose the “wonkee” behavior, and get you back to your routine.
  • Text is our language. It’s the fastest way for us to coordinate while I’m out in the field.
